Hi! We’re Abby & Khari Hatten: husband, wife, parents, coaches, and the founders of Hatten Health.
We know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to want better health for your family while juggling busy schedules, tight budgets, and real life. That’s exactly why we do what we do.
Between the two of us, we bring a powerful blend of clinical health knowledge and professional culinary expertise. Abby has worked in the healthcare field since 2016 and is passionate about helping families build sustainable, life-changing habits rooted in preventative health. Since becoming a mom to our daughter, Ayla, in 2023, her work has become even more personal and focused on nourishing growing bodies and supporting parents before health issues ever begin.
Khari brings over 25 years of experience in the culinary world, from serving as a cook in the U.S. Marines, to cooking aboard Norwegian Cruise Lines, to working his way up to Executive Chef in upscale restaurants. He knows how to create meals that are not only nutritious, but also practical, affordable, and family-friendly without sacrificing flavor.
Through our own health journeys, the challenges of raising our first child, and years spent in healthcare and professional kitchens, we combined our skills to create Hatten Health. Our mission is simple: to help families bring real, lasting health into their homes - one meal, one habit, and one family at a time.
Today, we specialize in supporting families with young children (ages 1–4) who want to:
