One of our favorite parts of Family Thyme isn't even about the food, it's about what happens around it.

One mom in our last group started letting her son pick between two vegetables at the store instead of choosing for him each week. Small thing. Huge shift.

He started asking questions about where food comes from. Started feeling like part of the process instead of just being told what to eat.

That's what we mean by "little chefs,"  toddlers learning food, not being lectured about it.

This is the part most nutrition programs skip. We don't. 🥕

We built this program for parents with zero extra time. Short lessons. Real systems. A community that gets it.

The question we hear most before someone joins Family Thyme: "I barely have time to cook dinner, how am I going to have time for a whole program?"

Totally fair. Here's how we built it to fit into real life, not add to the chaos:

  • Lessons are short, avg 10-15 minutes, made to fit into naptime or a coffee break

  • Two live 3os minute call a week (you only have to attend 1) and recorded if you miss it .

  • A coach available in the app, so you're not spending hours researching alone

  • Recipes that take 30 minutes or less, start to finish

This isn't one more thing on your plate. It's the thing that takes things off it!

What Family's Have to Say About Family Thyme!

KG

We love taco night but for about a month now Rory has refused to eat tacos with us. I tried making them not as spicy, I tried swapping ingredients and serving it different ways. Today I finally had success. I served Rory his taco fixings on chips like nachos and for the first time in a month he ate tacos with us

I like being able to talk to other families. I enjoy seeing other things people are struggling with or baking/creating or family wins! - a current Family Thyme member

I honestly really enjoy taking Cooper to the grocery store and the module gave me more ideas on how to involve him and make it fun!

We went the store yesterday and he enjoyed it and I talked through several things we were putting in the cart and even let him pick between a couple items."

We have gotten some good recipes and have worked on sharing more of the mealtime responsibilities.

The little chefs model was really good.

I've loved how easy the lessons are to follow, how short they are (so I never dread watching them), and how clean and organized everything is." — a current Family Thyme member
