Hi! We are Khari & Abby! 

Through the many trials of raising our first child, our own investigations and research, personal health journeys, and combined 30+ years of experience in the culinary and healthcare industries, we have come together in another form of partnership to form our business Hatten Health. We pride ourselves on helping bring health into the homes of others from one family to another.  The best way we found to do this is by the creation of the Family Thyme Course and Community. We focus primarily on families of young children ages 1-4 years old who are wanting to experience ways of healthily, how to make quick, nutritious meals that are budget friendly, learn how to include their children in the meal making process, and more!
